Vibrator Seal is a seal variant developed from the Casino Seal. It vibrates everytime it detect a justu being formed, which makes it virtually useless since its users' justu would also activate the seal. Thus the seal serves as more of an intermediate stage until it progresses to a more useful seal developed off the Vibrator seal. The seal is named such because Jiraiya made it official.
Hazo was working on developing the Extra-sensory Seal variation to improve the usefulness of the seal before the start of the Chunin exam tournament.
